Kelly has provided comprehensive commercial real estate services to clients since 2005, including property sales and acquisition, new development, leasing, and marketing, primarily on Bainbridge Island and in the North Kitsap markets.

Over the years, Kelly has acquired substantial knowledge of the primary issues affecting the management of commercial real estate. His experience includes acquisition, design, construction, leasing, tenant build-out, and asset management. He has worked with businesses both large and small.
